After eight years of service, K9 Rocket is retiring. And the community is invited to help send him off.  
  
Rocket has served the Hillsboro Police Department since 2018 alongside his handler, Officer Scott Brennan. Together they have responded to countless calls, supported other agencies, and become a familiar pair throughout the community, including at Hops games where Rocket has long been a fan favorite.  
  
Now it is his turn to be celebrated.  
  
Join us at the Hillsboro Hops home game on Saturday, June 13 at 5 p.m., where Rocket will be honored for his career and dedication to this community.
