CBPD SEEKS PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY BURGLARY SUSPECT The Coos Bay Police Department (CBPD) is seeking assistance from the public to identify the suspect of a recent burglary of a business. On November 21, 2025, at approximately 4:15 a.m., the CBPD received a report of an alarm at Harry Ritchie's Jewelers, 1356 N Bayshore Dr in Coos Bay. As officers arrived, they observed a broken window to the business and other evidence of a burglary. CBPD K9 Arco and a thermal drone responded to assist with the investigation, but the suspect was not located. During the investigation, CBPD officers were provided with video of the suspect, a white male adult wearing glasses, a black hoodie, jeans, and dark-colored boots. The video shows the suspect breaking display cases within the business and stealing numerous Citizen brand watches.
