Description
District Governor Chris had a fantastic visit with the Myrtle Point Club, experiencing their strong sense of community firsthand!
The visit kicked off with a fun and friendly baked potato bar dinner, graciously hosted by member Shawna Horner in her Bridges home. It was a perfect example of Rotary fellowship.
Later in the week, DG Chris attended the club's meeting to hear a vital presentation from Chief Willy Burris of the Myrtle Point Rural Fire Protection District. Chief Burris delivered an important message on rural road safety. Also in attendance was Honorary Member Mirium Brown, and Battalion Chief Tasha Renard, whose deep community ties underscore their serious dedication.
The Myrtle Point Rotary Club left a strong impression with its engagement and awareness of local needs!
