“We know we have a lot of work left to do,” Portland Mayor Keith Wilson told a group of business and political leaders gathered at the Oregon Leadership Summit on Monday. “But when I look around I see all of the ingredients we need.”

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson on Monday announced a trio of ambitious goals he plans to pursue in the coming years as part of a broader effort to revitalize the central city and rekindle its struggling economy.
