A new lawsuit claims a Portland General Electric power generation plant and a Tillamook County Creamery Association cheese processor send wastewater to the Port of Morrow which then spreads it onto fields, contributing significantly to the nitrate pollution in the region.

A new lawsuit claims Portland General Electric and the Tillamook County Creamery Association contribute significantly to the nitrate pollution that has plagued eastern Oregon for over three decades.
