The North Bend City Council will hold a regular session meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at 835 California Ave. The agenda will include the following:  - Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance; - Roll Call; - Ceremonial:  25 Years of Service - John Lucero, Fire Lieutenant; -  Consent Calendar:  Council Review and Acknowledgment of City Disbursements for October 2025; Council Review and Acknowledgment of City Disbursements for November 2025; Ratification of Lodging and Chamber Appointments to the Visitor and Convention Board; Consideration of Reappointments to the North Bend Housing Authority Board and Planning Commission; Authorization of Payment to the Oregon Department of Transportation for City Street Striping Services; Authorization to Purchase Replacement Mixer for Wastewater Chlorine Contact Chamber; Authorization to Contract with Bafes Construction for Retaining Wall Installation at the Wastewater Treatment Plant; Approval of 2026 Vector Solutions Contract Renewal for North Bend Fire & Rescue; Approval of One-Year Subscription for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Security; - Public Comments; - Public Hearing on Petition to Partially Vacate a Portion of the Montana Street Right-of-Way (Ordinance No. 2086); - Consideration of Ordinance No. 2086 Vacating a Portion of the Montana Avenue Right-of-Way; - Consideration of Urban Renewal Grant Match for Heating Code Compliance at 2056 and 2048 Sherman Avenue; - Authorization to Purchase Crafco Pavement Crack Sealing Machine for Street Maintenance; - Action, if any, resulting from Executive Sessions; - City Administrator’s Report; - Committee Reports; - Council Comments; - Other Business; - Adjournment.
