MID-JULY ACTIVITIES AT THE LIBRARY   
  
Next week there is lots of exciting programming happening at the Coos Bay Public Library. On Wednesday, July 17, Washed Ashore will be at the Library with a story and art for kids ages 5-10 from 2-2:30 p.m. and then immediately afterwards teens can enjoy a STEAM activity from 3:30- 4:30 p.m. Also on Wednesday, teens are welcome to come and relax with yoga in the Library from 6-7 p.m.  
  
If you are looking for a fun family activity on Saturday join us in Mingus Park from 2-3 p.m. to enjoy the music of the Eugene Taiko Drum Ensemble. This Japanese drumming ensemble has performed throughout the state for 35 years, bringing drums alive with powerful beats and spellbinding rhythms.
