We’re proud to celebrate Officer Tyler Steinbach’s well-earned promotion to Sergeant!

Tyler’s journey with Hillsboro PD began nearly 20 years ago as a Cadet in 2005. Since then, he’s served as a Reserve Officer, full-time Police Officer, Traffic Officer, EVOC Instructor, Force Tactics Instructor (FTI), and a dedicated member of Washington County’s Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team (CART). His mix of technical skill, instructional talent, and heart for service has left a lasting mark on both our team and community.
