Stretch & Strength for Cyclists Endurance, Injury Prevention & Recovery In this Stretch & Strength for Cyclists Workshop, you’ll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent common cycling injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you riding strong. This workshop will be co-facilitated with personal trainer and mountain biking coach Casey Westbrook. All funds raised for the workshop will be donated to Central Oregon Trail Alliance. 🗓 June 18th, 2025 from 6-7:30pm.
