Central Oregon Locavore hosts a rare dinner inside a 60,000-year-old cave beneath Juniper Preserve’s golf course, normally open only by guided tour. Chef Matt Christianson prepares a multi-course meal from two local farms, Well Rooted Produce and Big Summit Beef, with guests dining alongside the farmers. Tickets start at $172.57; wine pairing available. Proceeds benefit Locavore’s Expansion Project, funding a second Locavore marketplace on Bend’s west side.
