Join us for Pre-Show Flow, a weekly silent disco outdoor yoga series. This week will be a Feel Good Flow movement class at the West Lawn near Hayden Homes Amphitheater with a playlist featuring LCD Soundsystem. After class, we’ll guided through mantra rock painting with Kate from Waking Sage Integration.
