Responsibilities:

• Check-in patients for appts-handout Provider required paperwork/sreenings
• Maintain constant communication with offices regarding patient arrival and flow
• Verify all patient information, insurance, contact information
• Provide any information to patients (HIPAA compliant)
• Intake new patients request forms-track
• Restock office supplies
• Assist with records releases
• Keep good patient flow so offices can run smoothly
• Other duties as assigned
