Description
One person is dead and another is injured after an early-morning car crash into a street sign in Northeast Portland on Tuesday, police said.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. near Northeast Lombard Street and 72nd Avenue in the Cully neighborhood, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
