Description
One man is dead and another injured from a shooting in downtown Portland on Tuesday night, police said.
Officers arrived at the scene near Southwest Naito Parkway and Harvey Milk Street at about 10:36 p.m., where they found the two people who’d been shot and performed life-saving measures until paramedics arrived, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
