The sold-out Reimagine the River conference, held Wednesday at The Redd on Salmon Street in Portland, brought together civic, tribal, nonprofit and business leaders to discuss the region’s connection to the Willamette River. The daylong event, hosted by the 1803 Fund, EcoTrust and the Willamette Falls Trust, featured speakers discussing the commercial, recreational and transportation opportunities along the river, from Oregon City to North Portland.
