Description

A 16-year-old boy who was shot during a fight in a Vancouver parking lot on Monday has died, police said.

Police arrested a 17-year-old boy near the scene of the shooting. He was booked into the Robert L Harris Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm, according to Vancouver police.
