Description
The person killed Sunday by police in Clackamas County was 19, repeatedly told officers he had a firearm and pointed an object at them as if it were a gun, the district attorney’s office said Wednesday.
Police shot and killed Nicholas Toler around 7 p.m. after attempting to stop his car when he appeared to be driving while impaired, the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office said.
