Peach Cove Road was $2,270,000.The property “is ideal for a visionary buyer looking for something that simply cannot be replicated,” listing broker Jason Mendell told The Oregonian/OregonLive.Mendell sees the property finished as a multigenerational family compound, wellness destination or legacy estate.The 51,908-square-foot unfinished riverfront mansion at 32020 S.W. Peach Cove Road in West Linn is for sale.The original house plans called for entertaining areas, a grand ballroom, nine bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.The property is gated for security.Building permits that would not be approved today remain active.The seller invested $1.5 million in a new roof, replacing rotted exposed wood, adding piers to what could be a future dock, and other recent improvements, said Mendell.There is 2,700 feet of river frontage with sandy beaches and a level of privacy “virtually impossible” to find less than 30 minutes from downtown Portland and the Portland International Airport, said Mendell.The property benefits from agricultural tax advantages, includes approximately 29 acres with water rights.The property has been evaluated for a potential vineyard, creating opportunities for an equestrian or winery estate or corporate retreat, Mendell said.The 51,908-square-foot unfinished riverfront mansion at 32020 S.W.
