Description
Two men who sex trafficked a 13-year-old girl and three others who solicited her for sex were convicted as part of a months-long investigation by prosecutors and Portland police.
Domonique Williams, 33, was sentenced to 19 years in prison this month after pleading guilty to charges of first-degree sexual abuse, promoting and compelling prostitution and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. Kai’Leif Newcomb, 23, was sentenced in June to 15 years in prison on charges of compelling and promoting prostitution.
