Description

Messie, a three-piece statue created by Kassy Lopez, sits in a front yard along Southeast 20th Avenue in Milwaukie's Island Station neighborhood.

An anonymous post in a local Facebook group has inspired Milwaukie residents to claim an unlikely new mascot: a large, homemade statue of a Loch Ness Monster.
