Mai Tankersley, 17, was an Aloha High School student and one of nearly a dozen people a witness to the wreck said he has seen crash in the same spot.

The father of a 17-year-old driver who tried to navigate a slight curve on a rural Beaverton road and ended up crashing and dying has filed a $39 million lawsuit against the city, Washington County and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
