A Wisconsin man has been charged in connection with a decades-old Arkansas homicide investigation after authorities say he helped conceal the body of a man whose identity remained unknown for more than 25 years. The case centers on John Douglas Rollins Jr., whose remains were discovered in a sleeping bag floating in Beaver Lake in 1996, 5newsonline.com reported.
