Imagine a beer brewed with guava, masa or even Mexican lollipops — then pair it with lucha libre, Aztec dance and authentic Mexican cuisine. That’s what’s on tap at MXPDX, a new Portland festival celebrating the craft cultures of Oregon and Mexico.
