Description

The Moda Center, as seen from the Willamette River in January 2026, is but one project that would benefit from Oregon budget writers' plans for capital projects. Affordable apartments, local water and sewer upgrades and college dorms and a rec center would also benefit.

The Legislature is on track to green light nearly $450 million in new state debt this week to unfurl capital projects in many parts of Oregon.
