Description

The ceremony for the groundbreaking of the modernization of Cleveland High School. The senior project manager assigned to Cleveland resigned earlier this month, and has cited concerns with the contractor the school district has hired to lead the work at Cleveland and at other high profile projects now underway.

The senior project manager who until recently was helping to lead Cleveland High School’s $472 million modernization contends that the project has been beset by problems under Procedeo, the Texas firm hired to oversee more than a billion dollars worth of construction work for Portland Public Schools.
