Description
On Monday at 9:39 a.m. an air stagnation advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Thursday at 10 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service adds to anticipate, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
