Description
The National Weather Service issued an air stagnation advisory at 12:55 p.m. on Monday in effect until Friday at 10 a.m. for Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service says to anticipate, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
