Federal aviation officials are investigating after an American Airlines jet experienced two tire blowouts while preparing to depart Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the latest in a series of similar incidents that have raised questions about runway and aircraft operations at one of the nation’s busiest airports, Fox Business reported.
