Description

West Linn plans to develop a 40,000-sq.-ft. public works complex on this parcel of land it bought from the state Department of Transportation. The location was the site of a devastating landslide in 1969 during excavation for Interstate 205.

A land-use hearings officer listened to two hours of testimony Wednesday night from West Linn residents challenging the approval of a permit for a new city public-works complex on the site of a 1969 landslide.
