Description

Joey Gibson, on right,  was acquitted of a single count of riot at his trial in Multnomah County Circuit Court in 2022. Russell Schultz, not pictured, also was acquitted of the charge.

A federal appeals court Thursday ruled that a judge properly dismissed a civil rights suit filed by Patriot Prayer founder Joey Gibson and a supporter against former Multnomah County District Attorneys Rod Underhill and Mike Schmidt over the pursuit of riot charges against them.
