Description

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America will host a free educational conference in Portland next month to help Oregon families navigate the challenges of Alzheimer’s caregiving. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 18 at the University Place Hotel & Conference Center on 310 S.W. Lincoln St. in downtown Portland.

For thousands of Oregon families, an Alzheimer’s diagnosis can suddenly turn a family member or close friend into a caregiver, often with little preparation and many questions about what comes next.
