Dear Eric: I will turn 65 in a few months and have announced my plans to retire. I have a long list of things I want to do, and after 50 years of employment and saving, I am well situated for these next years. At least, that is what my financial adviser and balance sheets tell me.

Deputies observed signs of impairment, and after additional investigation, Payment was arrested for DUII. On January 26th at 9 p.m., a deputy observed a vehicle not staying in its lane on I-105 near Coburg Road. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and observed signs the driver, Richard Samuel Berger-Munson, 41, of Eugene, was impaired. After additional investigation, Berger-Munson was arrested for DUII. On January 30th at 2 a.m., a deputy observed a vehicle speeding on Highway 58 near Dilley Lane.
