At last night's OSCC Leadership Conference, we celebrated two outstanding chamber leaders whose work makes a difference in their communities and across Oregon’s chamber industry.
Rosey Thomas, Executive Director of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce was recognized as the 2026 Emerging Executive and Boardman Chamber of Commerce CEO, Torrie Griggs, was honored as the 2026 Executive of the Year.
Both Rosey and Torrie exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, serve their communities and champion the work of chambers every day. Please join us in congratulating these two deserving leaders! #OregonChamberStrong
