EUGENE — With 10 days until the criminal trial of Oregon defensive back Daylen Austin for an alleged felony hit and run in April 2024, a motion to dismiss the indictment remains undecided and a series of other procedural motions are also pending.
Bryan Boender, Austin’s attorney, filed six motions from July 23-31 ahead of the scheduled Aug. 14 trial, all of which may be moot if the indictment is dismissed.
