Oregon had always felt special to her, and her husband’s family is from the southern coast. Over the past 10 years, she visited often and grew to love the people, the nature, and the sense of community. That connection played a big part in her decision to move to Oregon, and in 2026 she joined the Dunes Family Health Care team as a Primary Care Provider. Outside of medicine, Shynar enjoys spending time with her four Airedale Terriers, cooking meals inspired by her Kazakh roots, and exploring the outdoors with her husband. Welcome, Shynar!
