🌊 Stormy Weather & Dangerous Surf Expected 🌬️
πŸ“… Thursday through Sunday

A series of storms will bring gusty south winds and hazardous seas starting Thursday and again on Saturday. These systems will be accompanied by long-period west to northwest swells ranging from 15–24 feet, leading to breaking waves of 20–28 feet in the surf zone.

⚠️ Key Hazards:
β€’ Dangerous surf conditions through the weekend
β€’ Increased risk of sneaker waves, especially before the storms and between high surf periods
β€’ Waves may wash over rocks, jetties, and into normally dry areas
β€’ Potential for beach erosion

🚫 If you're planning a beach visit this weekend, please use extreme caution keep a safe distance from the surf, never turn your back on the ocean, and avoid climbing on jetties or driftwood.

Let’s all stay safe and respect the power of the ocean.
