Description

August Dean Gordon, 31, of Beaverton, was sentenced for assaulting five federal officers who arrested him after he pulled off a piece of plastic from this electronic card reader near the gated entrance to the ICE facility in June 2025.

A 31-year-old man who assaulted five federal officers during his arrest outside Portland’s federal immigration enforcement building last summer was spared prison time Thursday.
