BOARDMAN, Ore. (KTVZ) -- A Bend man was killed late Friday night in a crash on an on-ramp to Interstate 84 near Boardman in Morrow County, Oregon State Police said Monday. Troopers said a preliminary investigation found that Austin Scott Yager, 38, of Bend, was driving an eastbound Volkswagen Jetta that had a mechanical failure
