Description

Russell Ian Boggess, robbed Top Shelf Medicine on July 23, 2024, wearing a mask, armed with a 9mm pistol and carrying a garbage bag, according to federal prosecutors.

A man who robbed a Bend cannabis dispensary at gunpoint and struck the clerk in the face with his gun after the weapon jammed was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years and five months in federal prison.
