Description

A 41-year-old man screamed at another man that he “should be deported” and then punched him in the face on a sidewalk in Portland’s Old Town on Sunday, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Multnomah County.

Josue Osiris Chavez-Keymolen faces charges of first-degree bias crime, fourth-degree assault and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, court records show.
