Description

Hillsboro data centers serving Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and many other companies benefit from millions of dollars in local tax breaks. A bill before the Oregon Legislature could have doubled those incentives.

State Sen. Janeen Sollman says she plans to pull language from a bill that could have dramatically increased the value of tax breaks for Oregon data centers.
