Bird watcher sees man apparently snatch egg from osprey nest at Milwaukie park: 'What for?'

The nest sits above a train bridge at Rivervilla Park in Milwaukie. Oregon State Police say they've handed over their initial investigation to U.S. Fish & Wildlife.
