Description

A paramedic on board the Oregon National Guard helicopter helped stabilize the woman before the helicopter flew her to a hospital.

Rescuers skied uphill to reach an injured snowboarder stranded on a steep slope at Broken Top Mountain on Monday, then used a Black Hawk helicopter to haul her to safety.
