Description

A car crash killed an 18-year-old Longview high school student near Kelso on Saturday, the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office said.

Elden Ragdale was trapped underneath a 1994 Toyota 4Runner in the single-car crash and died at the scene, the sheriff’s office wrote on its Facebook page. Ragdale, a senior at Mark Morris High School, was not wearing a seatbelt, officials said.
