An insurance company for Portland’s oldest steak restaurant — RingSide Steakhouse — has filed a $3.5 million lawsuit against a slew of businesses it says were responsible for installing, cleaning and maintaining a gas range that sprang a gas leak and ignited a catastrophic fire last year.
