Description
City of Coos Bay release - Construction Project - The City has contracted with Knife River Materials for the 2025 Fall Pothole Repair Project. Work will consist of the repair of 39 potholes at various locations that encompass approximately 18,040 SQFT of damaged road surface throughout the city including five (5) large potholes in Eastside (7,500 SQFT) and fifteen (15) large potholes in Empire (4,170 SQFT). Potholes of these sizes are beyond the capacity of city staff to competitively make repairs in house. Work hours are from 7:30am until 6:00pm. Please slow down and use caution and be patient when near the construction zone.
