Description

The wreckage of Centennial Mills after a fire burned away the vacant building's roof and interior structure. The area around the mill site has been closed until it can be partially demolished.

The demolition of the Centennial Mills building in the Pearl District could kick up asbestos-laden dust, but city and state officials insist residents near the fire-ravaged structure have nothing to worry about.
