Description

A Happy Valley man is accused of recruiting two associates, including his wife, to make a secret money drop of at least $10,000 in cash in a locker of a bowling alley in Livermore, California, in 2022, on behalf of Chinese intelligence officers, according to the FBI.

The FBI has arrested a 38-year-old Chinese national living in Oregon on allegations that he spied for his government, including arranging a money drop at a bowling alley and enlisting his wife to help.
