🚨Report of Hit and Run Ends in Arrest🚨 Date/Time: March 10th, 2026, around 12:10am Case #: S202600360 Classification: Menacing, Assault (Domestic), Resisting Arrest. Flowers was additionally charged with resisting arrest, and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Flowers was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and lodged. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
