A grand jury on Wednesday concluded that a Clackamas County sheriff’s deputy was justified in shooting a man who charged at her on Nov. 9.
Deputy Lindsay Bailey shot 44-year-old Daniel Zimmerman at his family’s property in Boring. Zimmerman survived and faces charges of menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct for the incident, court records show.
